Hi,

On my work laptop (W2K Professional), files in c:\temp are deleted upon
reboot.

On my home desktop (WXP Professional), they are not.

I've searched the laptop registry and group policies, but can't find the
setting controlling this behaviour.

How can I prevent c:\temp from being cleared upon reboot?

Thanks
Scott

Windows does not do this by itself - it is most likely caused by a
batch file that you run at startup or logon time.
