Files and Settings Transfer XP32bit to XP64bit

I have been using xp pro 32bit and recently built a new 64bit machine (AMD).
I cannot transfer files and settings using the wizard. Niether unit has a
floppy drive, which is the only drive the wizard is looking. The wizard from
the 64bit CD will not run on the older 32bit machine. The Wizard on the 64bit
machine will not recognize the saves settings from the 32bit machine. Any
suggestions?
