I'm trying to use the XP Files and Settings Transfer Wizard to help set up my
new PC and transfer data from my old PC. The problem I've run into is I
can't run the Wizard off my OEM copy of XP on my old PC which is running
Windows 2000. My new PC does not have a 3.5" floppy drive, so I can't try
that route. I'm stuck.
I guess I could tough it out and do things the old fashion way, but it would
be nice to be able to use this new feature. Any ideas on how to make this
work without sending $200 to Microsoft to upgrade the OS on a PC I am about
to retire? Yeah, I know I'm cheap, but I think Bill Gates has enough money.
