When I view pictures on my wife's compter with the Windows Picture and
Fax Viewer, the filename for each picture is shown on the title bar at the
upper left. But when I do the same thing on my machine, the filename isn't
there. I would like to write down the filenames for the pictures I like,
then store them.

I don't see any options settings for that application, but they must be
somewhere. Please unlock the mystery.

Instead of writing, hit SaveAs floppy icon> CTL+C>CTL+V
into text file. Save u much time.

Any advise is my attempt to contribute more than I have received but I can only assure you that it works on my PC. GOOD LUCK.

Glad to help.

My PC is such that I do min of typing & exploring 4
folders.Clipboard saver helps so
'Comments/suggestions/corrections appreciated.' is 1
key & I got 6k+ shortcuts defined.

Clipboard app also has macros so I can do sequence of
keystrokes 2k times auto.
