Filedialog

I get open filedialog to open, but when I click on a file name, nothing
happens. Is there something else I need to do?

Good evening

We would all be in a better position to help if you would post your code. In
general, the file dialog only points to the file you wish to open, you then
have to tell the system what the file is and what you wish to open it with ...
i.e. Word, in which case you would have to create a new Word object to open the
file.
