File_flag_no_buffering

Iam running Procomm and capturing the screen, it only
writes from the buffer when you stop and start it again.
So if the computer crashes, I loss my captured data.
Procomm tells me if I set the program to no buffers that
it will write to the file with out buffering it. Iam not
sure how to do this. Any help would be appreciated.
