File Upload's browse feature in ASP.NET

Can I specify the path in the file upload feature, so that when we click the
browse button, it always opens the specified path. It’s kind of urgent. Need
help.

It has no a simple way to do this,Fileupload`s default value is readonly.

Not possible due to security issues.

Well it may be "urgent", but FileUpload simply creates an HTML input
type=file control, and browser security restrictions dictate that only the
user can control this.
