File Transfer to External Drives - Logging

Does anybody know of any software that could be used to track any files
which are sent or saved from a floppy / USB Pen to a Desktop?
 
I have not tried it myself but take a look at DeviceLock at the link below
which claims to have at least some auditing capability along with being able
to manage access to such drives. I believe you can try it for free. ---
