file to picturebox

hello,
I have a form with a picturebox in it.
I also have a file with some .bmp pictures in it.
I need to put certain .bmp from the file inside the picturebox.
for some reason I'm having a lot of trouble with this and any help or point
to the right direction will be greatly appreciated.
Oh, I'm using VS2003
