data and without using 3rd party software or backup
solution.and we have only one partation that is c.is it

It is possible using convert but without any backup, that would be
taking a huge risk...

While it is recommended that you have backup of the drive prior to
converting, it is not considered a "huge" risk. The times where the convert
process fails and results in a non-mountable file system are very rare.
