Have you changed disk drives since installing Outlook, using a program like
MaxBlast to copy your old drive to the new one?

STD11N.MSI applies to the Standard edition of Office. If you have a different
edition, you'll have a different file on the CD. The solution is to intall
the required features from the setup program on the instal CD.

what if we don't have the actual install CD? My computer's manufacturer has
it I'm assuming. I tried using my old Office 97 disk but that's not working.

I don't have a good answer for that. My only suggestion is to go back to the
store where you bought it, or directly to the manufacturer. Their web site
may have a FAQ section that addresses this issue, or you may be able to get
e-mail support.

I have the same problem with the difference that I have the original CD of Office 2003. I Installed the program with this CD and I have the same problem, so, the CD do not came with this file. What can I do ?
