File sort order - How to change it

Is it possible to have file sort order changed to that of W2K style?
The file sort orders for W2K and WVT differs as follows:

Windows 2000 : abc1, abc101, abc4, abc401, abc8
Windows Vista: abc1, abc4, abc8, abc101, abc401

Could anyone help.
