How do you set up printer an file sharing between a x64 xp professional
and a win98se computer?

Hi,

The same way as you would with an x86 (32 bit) version. Which one has the
printer? How are they networked? Essentially, you "share" the printer via
its properties on the host machine, then on the other machine use the add
printer wizard to tie in as a networked printer.
