workstation. At my server, i can share the a directory.
And i I can see the my server and map the directory in my
win 95 & win 98 in workstation.
Actually I want run a foxpro program. So, I already
copy all the files into the server ( the shared
directory). Right now, the problem is if I use the program
in one worstation I can't run the program in another
workstation. There is a error message
" Sharing violation reading drive F
Abort, Retry, Fail? "

The user for both workstation follow the the windows 2000
server user "administrator". Map the directory NO problem.
I can map the server directory and can see the server in
both workstation.Can u pls help?

I try install the program in Novell server. The
worstation are no sharing problem. 2 workstation also can
run the program. And even I try with Linux server, No
problem also.

Can I know what is the problem? And I really need ur help
here.... Pls helpm me ASAP

what happens if you make a second share to that folder?

bare in mind if Fox Pro has the file in that folder open even if you can see
in it would be unwise to try and open it again as it will get out of
shync.....one saves the other so overwriting the others work.
