Hello!

I have my incoming VPN connection on my host computer (running XP Pro SP2).
Client computers can connect to the host, but I cannot see any shared files.

How can I make files available to VPN users?

can you ping the VPN host? Also make sure no firewall blocks the sharing.

Robert:

I am running Norton Internet Security on my computer. When it is enabled, I
cannot ping the host. When I disable it (for a moment!), I can ping the
host. I can ping the client computer both times. So now I know I have a
firewall configuration problem...

Even when I disable NIS, I cannot see the files I am trying to share. Is
there anything else?

Thanks again!

Bob,

When I give the command (firewall disabled) on the client, the computer
returns the list of shared files on the host.
