file searching

I am looking for a program to search quickly through (local) maps with
textfiles. I know http://wilbur.redtree.com/. Does anyone of you know other
good freewareprograms?

I use 'zoeker.exe' , a standalone executable. It can search for filenames,
attributes, date, time, and content. Its dutch too I can't find it on
the internet, so if you want it, i can put it on my website
