when i search for a file thru all files + folders in
search menu what is the best way to copy and or read
those files?

You can actually work with those files right in the search window.

.i've had trouble trying to get these files moved to a
folder ,do i just copy +paste or cut +paste . can i drag
and drop these files? thanks for the help!

It's easier to simply drag and drop them into the folder where you want them
moved. Use the right mouse buttonand when you drop them into a folder you
will get a pop up menu where you can select Copy or Move for the action.
Have a Windows Explorer screen open and then open the Search window on top
of there to make it easier.
