File SCHDMAPI.DLL

My imported address book from Windows 98 is not recognised by Windows XP.
The error messge reads file SCHDMAPI.Dll is missing.
 
Explain how Outlook has entered into this picture.
Explain what you did.
Explain to which address book you are referring.
Explain the action that produces the error message.
