FILE SCAN

WHEN USING THE RUN COMMAND: SFC /SCANNOW.
SHOULD THIS PROGRAM START SCANNING THE FILES ON ITS OWN OR
SHOULD YOU HAVE TO INSTALL THE WINDOWS DISK EVERYTIME THAT
YOU RUN IT?

System File Checker runs from the hard drive. You will need your XP CD only
if SFC needs a file from the CD.
