You can kiss it good bye....it can be done with very advanced
software......fbi/tsa type stuff....if it was valuable data you may want
to consult someone in the field of computer data forensics.....I know a
guy who did data recovery for the IRS....he could find almost anything...
Try typing "Deleted File Recovery" into Google
There are hundreds of packages out there that can do this (provided the
deleted files haven't been overwritten - in other words, avoid using your
computer until you have recovered the files)
