Here is the problem that one of my users is having and it is driving me
crazy. When in a non-microsoft product, and he is trying to open a file, it
sorts the files randomly, not by size, name, or date. Here is an example, he
opens Adobe Acrobate Reader, and goes to File, then to Open, the Files in
there are all randomly sorted. Another example is when he tries to attach a
file in Lotus Notes, and browses to attach something, same thing, the files
are randomly sorted. This is not just in one particular folder, it the case
for all folders. Strange enough, the next time you open the program, it will
be sorted completly different. Not a virus, virus has not picked up
anything. Is there any help that any of you can give me? Thanks.
