File open very slow

Hi there,

I don't know what happened, since after updating too many
patch files (windows updates), I found that my system
speed getting slower. It used to be very fast to respose
to retrive or open the file from Windows Explorer, now,
when I double-click the file to open, like excel, words
and Zip file, it takes more than a minute to response.

Furthermore, when I saved some picture files from
internet, it take a while to save, it used to be very
fast.

Why this is happened? Appreciate if you help me to solve
the problem.
