File new txt-file

Maybe because of an encryption program for txt-files
I lost opportiny to create a new txt-file from File/new.
Compared to computer at my work the register values seems to
be correct but the menu does not display the txt-file.
I need to create new text files quite often so it would be
nice to got that feature back.

Please post the contents of this registry key:

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.txt
-and-
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\txtfile.
