File naming question download managers

Suppose I use a download manager like getright and I visit site_a. I
download:
1.mpg -> saves as 1.mpg on my disk
2.mpg -> saves as 2.mpg on my disk
3.mpg -> saves as 3.mpg on my disk

Then I visit site_b.com. I download
2.mpg -> saves as 2-002.mpg on my disk
3.mpg -> saves as 3-002.mpg on my disk

Then I visit site_c.com, I download
1.mpg -> saves as 1-002.mpg on my disk
2.mpg -> saves as 2-003.mpg on my disk

There is no possibility to sort those files in a way that they group
depending on the sites where I found them. Is there a download manager that
puts something in front of the filename, according to the source where the
file is downloaded from? Something like this:

site_a_com_1.mpg
site_a_com_2.mpg
site_a_com_3.mpg

site_b_com_2.mpg
site_b_com_3.mpg

site_c_com_1.mpg
site_c_com_2.mpg

It's called "you". Name the files as you download them.
