File named Program in the root

A file with the name of Program has appeared in the root
directory. Now I get an error saying the program program
cannot be opened. If I delete it, it just comes back.
Suggestions would be welcom
 
Sounds like a POP UP virus, download spyware from
webroot.com and run it.
