File menu problem

Hi
I have created a custom menu for a database. It only has a few simple
things on it (File, Edit & Other). In the Startup options, this menu has
been set in the MenuBar option. It works fine on my computer but on a
client's computer, each menu is only populated with 'Other'. Any clues
would be appreciated.

Hello Sandy,

I have experience with A2000 and A2002 versions: A menu bar created in A2000
with lateron added menu items in A2002 worked well in A2002 but the added
items via A2002 did *not* show on a computer that was running A2000. I
solved it by re-creating the menu bar entirely in A2000.
