I have a file that keeps appearing on my desktop and I
have no idea why and it keeps reappearing after it is
deleted. I have not been able to tie it to any particular
program or event.
The file looks like a sheet of paper with the top right
corner turned down, on the sheet is a box outlined in blue
with a blue header. There appears to be a red, a blue and
a green icon in the box and each of them appears to have a
line under them. Under the sheet of paper is a ~. If you
right click on the file and go to properties in the
description there is another ~. The file is 265 kb.
This has appeared countless times on my desktop in the
last few months and I have always deleted it with no
apparent problems. However, it is becoming a nuisance and
I would like to know how to deal with it once and for all.
