File in Outbox won't delete

I have Outlook 2000, someone tired to send a 200MB
attachment out, so now it is stuck in the outbox. I can't
send/recieve email or anything. When I try to delete the
message I get the item could not be deleted. it was
either moved or already deleted, or access was denied

Please help, I need all my email ASAP

close outlook and then reopen
delete the item that is stuck
File: online
