File in menubar is gone!

Hi!

I'm using Office 2003 and in my Powerpoint I have lost File in the menu
bar.
Now it starts with Edit, View ....
Can't use Open, Save and so on
Does any one know how to easily get the File menu back in the toolbar?

You might try right clicking the toolbar, and select Customize then under
options, click the "Reset menu and toolbar usage data" If not corrected then
I suggest you do a detect and repair. You may need the original CD

If Michael's suggestion doesnt work try ...

Tools > customise
In the commands tab scroll catagories down to built in menus
From the right pane drag "file" up to the toolbar where it should be.
