I am using FrontPage2000 on an XPHome system.

When I try to import a 1.2 meg file into the website (which is on my local
computer) I get the following error:

Error:
An erro occurred accessing your FrontPage web files. Authors - if authoring
againsta webs server, please contact the webmaster for this server's site.
WebMasters - please see the server's system log for more details.

I can import files smaller than 1meg to this website on my local computer. I
can import the same file to the same website that is published on a remote
server.

What could be causing this?

Where can I find the server's system log on my local computer?

Thanks for your help.

John

Due to a recent Windows or IE update, many users has started reporting this issue. Currently there
is no solution, other than to copy the file into you web via Windows Explorer, then run Tools |
Recalculate Hyperlinks.
