I am trying to add a command (or remove) a command from the file folder pull down menu. I am getting to this feature by going to folder options and selecting "file folder". Then I click on the advanced button. A window titled "Edit File Type" comes up and there is an "Actions:" field. I am finding that I can add commands but cannot delete or Edit them. I can set one of them as the default, but once I have done that I cannot disable the default setting. I now getting undesirable results and cannot fix it.

You can manually delete them using regedit
Run regedit
navigate to HKEY_Classes_Root\Directory\Shell

expand Shell you will see a key labelled with the command you added and its
action below it
delete the command you added.

Be careful, only delete stuff you added, leave the rest alone or you will
casue yourself problems
