File Folder Open problem

I was attempted to add a right click option for file folder to run a dos
utility.

It didn't work. So I removed the action for the registry.

Now everything seems to work except that when using Windows explorer
(with file folder tree not shown the folder opens up a new windows
explorer window. IF the folder tree is open, then the folder is open in
the current window. Also, after downloading a file and IE shows the
download progress dialog box, the button "Open Folder" no longer works.
When you click it it says it does not know how to open that file type.

Does anyone have the proper default settings for:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Folder
and
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory

Any help would be appreciated.
