Last night I installed Norton Anti Virus 2006. When I rebooted most of my
"program" files extension had been changed to .Ink. I can not access any
Office programs including Outlook Express. However, I can click on an
attached file on AOL in eithe Word or Excel and they will load. From there I
can access the rest of their programs.
If responding by email please use (e-mail address removed).
Please help.
Thanks,
Eddie Clinton

Sorry, this newsgroup is for questions about Access, the database product
that's part of Office Professional.

You'd be best off seeing whether there's any information on the Symantec
site.

Sorry, that's not how newsgroups work. When you post a question to a
newsgroup, you come back to the newsgroup to get the answer. It's also not a
good idea to post your real e-mail in newsgroups: there are "address
harvesters" that provide e-mail addresses to spammers.
