File Download-Securtiy Warning Message from Outlook Contacts

I'm trying to open my contacts which was working fine up to yesterday and I
get the "File Download-Security Warning" message
Name: mso975.tmp
Type: Unknown File Type, 543KB
From: Outlook:Contacts

Then I have a option of Find, Save or Cancel- I have tried to save, find and
cancel but no luck to be able to open the contacts.

Any ideas?

There is more to your story and there is no way to provide help without that
information. State how you are trying to "open my contacts." State the
changes made to your system and setup that produced the problem. It didn't
just happen for no reason and you were the only one there.
