File Deletion Log

We are performing some forensic's on a user PC who left the company. Does XP
keep a log of files that a user may have deleted?
 
No it doesn't, a number of applications are available that can locate &
report on content that's been deleted but remains intact on the drive.
Just do a web search on the terms "File Undelete" or recovery
