During Disk Cleanup, I discovered in the Occache
File{4A3CF76B-EC7A-405D-A67D-8DC6B52AB35B} is damaged.
What corrective action is required?

The Occache.dll file is a system file and is protected by the XP System File Protection.

There will be a backup copy of this file in the C:\Windows\System32\dllcache folder. Copy this backup file to the System32 folder and let it overwrite the bad file.

{4A3CF76B-EC7A-405D-A67D-8DC6B52AB35B} is a Downloaded Program File.

This is what it is and who it's from.
(QDiagAOLCCUpdateObj Class) -

Some kind of ActiveX control from AOL.

Open Downloaded Program Files folder...
Paste the following line into Start | Run and click OK...

%windir%\Downloaded Program Files

Right click {4A3CF76B-EC7A-405D-A67D-8DC6B52AB35B} and either select Remove
or Repair.

If you do not see the big long name look for AOL or AOL stuff and either
select Remove or Repair.

Or click the http:// link above to download whatever it is again.

Hope this helps. Let us know.
