"file corrupt" sp2 install problem?

Hi when I use sp2 on one machine it installs perfectly from the cd, However
on another machine it says " file corrupt" and stops the install..
Any ideas please?

Try copying the file to the desktop and run it directly from there.

Any idea of the name of the corrupt file? How far into the installation
does the system get?
