File copy error "Destination Folder is a Subfolder of the Source Folder

Yes it is, the CD burning program uses a folder in the
Local Settings folder.
C:\Documents and Settings\%Username%\Local
Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\CD Burning

trying to use the file copy to CD feature of XP but when
I try to copy Local Settings to the CD drive I get the
error message listed in the title. Is my CD drive a
subfolder of my hard drive?
