What do you mean by "with huge changes"? There is a limit to the amount of
space gained by compression.

HUGE CHANGE I MEAN SUCH A CHANGE LIKE Video File compressed upto "0"
KBs

No, it is not true. Almost all video files are already compressed,
and cannot be further compressed without loss of quality.

Yes. However you can't buy it just by itself. You can get only if you buy it
along with the Brooklyn Bridge. :)

scam. In other words, anyone who claims to be able to do this
