In my C drive and my Windows file I have a long list of files (over 100)that
appear to be uninstall files. They are in blue. I was wondering if they can
be deleted?

Blue means that the files are compressed.
If they are uninstall files, they uninstall software updates to XP. If you
never intend to remove the patches, then they can be deleted.

"Never" is a very nebulous concept. It would be better to copy the folders
to a DVD first.

Adding to what Jim said, here is some additional info.

$NTUninstall folders - Description:
http://windowsxp.mvps.org/hotfix_backup.htm

Do NOT delete the $hf_mig$ folder anyway!
