File and settings transfer

When running the F.A.S.T program on the "old" computer, I get an error
message the it cannot access the following "LOG" files.
\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\CONFIG\SYSTEM.LOG also the SOFTWARE.LOG, the DEFAULT.LOG,
the SAM.LOG and the SECURITY.LOG
Then, or course the transfer doesn't work.
What is wrong and how can I fix this to transfer my data and settings?

File-Transfer-Wizard only transfers user files and settings,no system
files are included.What is F.A.S.T program
