Figure out date from total days in year

I have a list of data, where one column has the year, and another
column has the date is recorded out of the total days in a year. So
for instance, Feb 1 2009, has the date listed as day 32, Feb 2 is day
33, etc. In another column is 2009.

I'm having trouble figuring out change this to show a regular date
format (ie Feb 1 2009).
While I could try to go thru a calendar and figure out which day is
which, I'd rather not, lol
Any suggestions??? Please? My brain is fried, lol

Thank you - that worked!

Unfortunatly they changed the bloody format in the next set of files
so I can't keep using it :p
Now my column of Julian dates reads as 8/27/1900 for a date that
should be in late Jan (perhaps early Feb?) of this year.
Any suggestions for this one? :)

Ok, never mind - figured out they had the correct day but wrong year
(on top of duplicating data, no wonder it didn't make any sense!)
