Field values carried over to next record

I am designing a form which has three values, month, year and location, that
are the same for a number of records. The other fields change from record to
record. I am using Default Value in the Properties Box for the month and
year, but is there a way for the location field to display what was entered
from the previous record? The location field is the same for about 15 records
and it would save some time if this was remembered from the previous record.
