field issue.

Hi all..

Recently I have got one e-mail with attachment as word document.
When I open the attachment, the document consisting the current date and
time with seconds and my user name.
How it is possible? I think it is done by “fields†option but How can I get
the userid(log-in name)?

I created one document with “create date†field.
In that doucument when I update the field then only the current date and
time appear until it shows only created date.

Can any one tell me how to write the field code for that?
