Field Does Not Appear in Cross Tab

I have a cross tab query below:

Total Open In-Progress
Support A 2 2
Support B 1 1
Support C 1 1

I have 3 fields namely Open, In-Progress and Closed. However, the field
"Closed" did not appear because it doesn't have value. Is it possible to
display the "Closed" field on my cross tab query with value equals to "0"?
