Field Chooser Changes After Search

whenever I do a search in a folder in Outlook 2007 it automatically changes
my fields in that folder (i.e. in my sent folder I have TO field and it
changes it to FROM). The same thing happens in other folders, my inbox has a
FROM field and it changes it to TO. Is there some kind of "lock" I can put on
this? Outlook 2003 did not do this.
