Fibre Channel DualPath

Folks,

Can Windows 2000 / Windows 2003 server support Fibre
Channel DualPath? Do i require to use third-party
software in order configure redundancy for my SAN
environment?

yes, win2k, 2003 will support dual path to fibre channel systems... but you
need special software to do it. You can use Veritas Volume Manager for
multiple path managment.... with EMC I have used PowerPath, and Volume
Manager. Compaq has thier own tools for thier storageworks systesms... as do
IBM and HP, and Dell....

If you are using the product from the website you have sited, it will
require software from them, or some third party. This functionallity is not
inherent in the microsoft softwre.
