"fhg.cab" - Windows finds problem with file

For the past few months, whenever I try to play (or burn) any music with
WMP11 or the Zune software, I get this error message:

The strange thing is, the music plays without a problem in Foobar2k. The
error happens with is mp3 files ripped from CD's I own, and the error occurs
even with just-ripped music. I've tried googling for "fhg.cab" or looking
around the WMP11 Help guide to no avail.

A couple of ideas I gleaned from a Google search:

- Open Internet Properties.
- Click Settings button from the General tab.
- Click View Objects.
- Right-click the codec which is listed as "Damaged" (in Details view).
- Click Repair, Remove, whatever you want to try.. If you remove it, it
should be reinstalled as needed.
