feeding a word table from an excel table

I have a word table that I want to have its contents
linked and updated when an excel table is updated
How can I do that.

I posted this on Word group but no one answered it. I
hope someone here can

Copy the Table in Excel.
Switch to Word
Choose Edit, PasteSpecial and click the Link file checkbox.
