feedback.ldb locked

I have a website on, hosting my server, created in FrontPage2003. (forms to
database) Online I filled out several times a form to try. I downloaded the
feedback. mdb from server to my computer. However when I open Feedback.mdb
with MS Access, it shows me a empty table. Note when in my documents folder I
click on the feedback.mdb , it ofcourse, automatically turns on MS Access,
but in my documents folder, it changes the feedback.mdb icon into 2 icons.
1st one is the same, 2nd is a feedback.ldb with locked icon. Am I supposed to
be able to open that locked icon, and how? Please give detailed instructions,
I am 100% new to MS Access.

The .ldb file is created when thye .mdb file is opened and is removed when
..mdb is closed. The .ldb file is a locking file to avoid two users making
changes to the exact same thing at the exact same time.

As far as I know, I do not have a thye.mdb file, on in my folder on my
computer or server, or not that I can see at least in my folder. Also I am
the only person opening files, on both my server and my computer. Am I
missing something here.

Marc,

Your question is, "Am I supposed to be able to open that locked icon, and
how?"

The answer is no. Just leave it alone. It is not intended to be opened by
the user. It is used by Access and will go away when you close feedback.mdb .

But how come, I am not seeing results from the feedback forms that I filled
out on my own website, and that should get added automatically to my Access
database. (created with frontpage and residing on the server). Thank you Jack
and Karl for previous answers.
